A clean, private shower is available to help guests maintain hygiene and refresh, bringing back dignity to many unhoused and underhoused neighbors.

Our Drop-In Center has a washer and dryer on-site so guests can have clean clothes at no cost, boosting confidence and well-being and promoting health and wellness.

We connect guests to medical services for checkups, urgent care, and ongoing health needs by bringing providers on-site every other week.

Mental health is vital; we assist with referrals to licensed therapists and counseling services. Additionally, individual and group therapy is available on site.

Secure power stations to keep phones and essential devices charged and accessible are available. Also, a lending library of charging cables can be accessed.

Assistance in replacing lost or stolen IDs, birth certificates, and other vital records is offered. All mail is kept secure until neighbors can return to receive it.

A secure mailing address for receiving important mail, job applications, and government documents. All mail is received in a locked mailbox and kept secure for neighbors.

When temperatures stay below freezing, our doors open to offer a warm, safe place to escape the cold. Guests can enjoy a hot meal, warm drinks, and a welcoming environment to stay safe from harsh conditions.

During dangerously high temperatures, we provide a cool, air-conditioned space with cold drinks, additional fluids, and a nourishing meal to help prevent heat-related illnesses.
