UP Initiative is a community-led initiative providing low-barrier and accessible services that directly respond to disparities within the unhoused and underhoused communities in a compassionate, equitable, proactive, and effective way.

UP Initiative serves adults and families who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless. This includes individuals struggling with mental health issues, substance use disorders, chronic health conditions, or those who have experienced economic hardships or trauma.

Our goal is to help every individual who walks through our doors to access not just temporary relief, but long-lasting solutions. By providing an array of services under one roof, we reduce the barriers that often prevent people from accessing help.
